Founder, Marissa Rosen, started MBR Nanny Network as a spirited Philadelphian dedicated to supporting families in the city and surrounding neighborhoods she loves so dearly. As of 2018, Marissa is thrilled to have expanded MBR to serve clients across the nation with the same personalized boutique business feel.

Marissa is a graduate of Drexel University and a lifelong entrepreneur. Working as a childcare professional for over 30 years, first as a nanny herself, and now managing MBR Nanny Network, Marissa has lived in NYC, Los Angeles, South Florida, and overseas in both London and the Middle East working as a nanny, tutor and dance instructor. In 2008 she launched her first company, MBR Consultants, a lifestyle and public relations firm, which focused on philanthropy and event planning in the greater Philadelphia area.

Marissa founded MBR Nanny Network in 2013 with the mission of helping to match families and nannies and to provide ongoing support for this specific relationship she had experienced herself as a childcare provider. She became an integral part of, not only the children’s lives, but also the family as a whole. As a mother herself as of the fall of 2018, she feels an even deeper desire to help facilitate nannies becoming a loved and trusted member of the family, as she can relate to both perspectives as parent and former nanny.

Marissa has a personal relationship with all MBR clients and seeks to provide attention and support unmatched by other agencies. She is best known for her warm and bubbly personality, her honesty and integrity, as well as her genuine love of children.
