Tanya Baxtron

Tanya Baxtron brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director of Operations at MBR Nanny Network. She’s had the pleasure of taking care of families throughout her career in various caregiver and leadership roles. This includes being a bilingual nanny, postpartum doula, life coach, evidenced based family therapist, household manager, event planner, and an Assistant Vice President of People Operations and Clinical Supervision. Tanya’s background equips her with a deep understanding of family dynamics and operational management. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from City College of New York. She was born in NY, and grew up in Mexico. She has spent the majority of her life living up and down the East Coast of the United States. Tanya comes from a very large, dynamic, biracial family; and takes pride in being culturally sensitive, intuitive and emotionally intelligent. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys music, dancing, spirituality, traveling, and anything related to being outside near water! She has a vibrant 5 year old daughter that keeps her busy and social!
